Term:

2 years (Automatic yearly contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)

Technology Fee:

3000 NOK Technology one time Fee and
390 NOK per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).

Additional the technology fee is either  390 NOK per month, or 290 NOK per month if paid annually up front at once.

Admin Fee:

3.750 NOK max. per year (750 NOK if 20-39 property units under management; 1.500 NOK if 40-59 property units under management; 2.250 NOK if 60-79 property units under management; 3.000 NOK if 80-99 property units under management and 3.750 NOK if 100 or more units under management). You can pay the admin fee in one amount or in monthly installments.

Royalty Fee:

8% from Revenue
(1.Year 6% from Revenue)

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month

If you suggest a new Real Estate Agent, you will receive 5% from his/ her commission for the first 3 Deals.

If you are moving to another Region (Same Country or abroad), you can Work there as an Property Manager as well without changes to us. Just let us know and we are preparing what needed.

If you would like to work part time from the beginning or later, it does not matter why, you can do it.

If you need a Break (Family situations, sabbatical, travelling, ect.), please let us know. With the 4 month the monthly Technology Fee reduces to 190 NOK and with the 10 month to 50 NOK and you keep connected.
